NASSAU, BAHAMAS – K. Darron Turnquest, BTC’s Director of People, is reportedly set to assume a new role as Director of People Business Partner for Jamaica while remaining part of the Liberty Latin America family.
In his new position, Turnquest will continue to report to Dominic Boon, VP of People at C&W Communications, and join Jamaica’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). He is expected to replace Jacqui Floro-Forde, who will transition to support Liberty Latin America’s Central Talent & Innovation (T&I) function.
BTC is reportedly navigating several transitions to ensure a smooth handover. Turnquest will work closely with Boon and the People team in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, BTC has begun the search for his successor in the Bahamas.
Turnquest’s leadership and contributions have been pivotal to BTC and Liberty Caribbean over the past several years. BTC has yet to release an official statement regarding the leadership change or its effective date.
