NASSAU, BAHAMAS- The ongoing tensions between trade unions and the public service are a result of legacy issues, according to the Minister responsible for the public service, Pia Glover-Rolle.
The minister asserts that there is an open door policy for any union to express their grievances and adds that there are currently two more trade agreements on the way as a result of successful negotiations.
