Police arrest wanted armed robbery suspect and two other males on Farmingdale Road

According to the initial report, shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, police, acting on information received, proceeded to a property on Farmingdale Road, where they conducted checks on a black Honda Civic bearing licence plate number DC4463.

A search of the vehicle and its three male occupants was conducted; however, no illegal items were found.

One of the occupants was identified as 18-year-old Insley Jean, who was arrested and cautioned in connection with an armed robbery investigation.

The 20-year-old male was also arrested and cautioned on suspicion of harbouring a fugitive.

The third occupant, a 17-year-old male, was arrested and cautioned for an alleged breach of bail conditions.

All three males were taken into police custody as the investigation continues.
