NASSAU, BAHAMAS — The Public Hospitals Authority (PHA) has released a statement acknowledging concerns about the recent shortage of blood bags at the Rand Memorial Hospital. PHA advised that this is part of a global issue affecting healthcare systems; however, patient care, including blood transfusions, has not reportedly been impacted.
