In just four months, the Harbour Island office has achieved over $38 million in gross sales, showcasing the high demand for luxury properties in the area and the brokerage’s dedication to connecting buyers with their ideal Bahamian retreats. Beyond sales, Corcoran CA Christie Bahamas has demonstrated a commitment to community support, raising $9,000 for Exceptional Education Outreach (EEO) Bahamas, a nonprofit aiding children with special needs.
The office opening celebration was attended by Corcoran leadership, including Stephanie Anton, President of Corcoran Affiliates, who praised the team’s accomplishments.
