CAT ISLAND, BAHAMAS – Police in Cat Island are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the death of a male in the settlement of The Bluff, Cat Island.
According to police reports, shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday past, police were called to a residence in The Bluff, after a male was found unresponsive in a well on the property.
The man was pulled from the well, examined by the medical team on that island, and was pronounced dead.
An autopsy is expected to be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
As of yesterday, police had not officially identified the body.
