Munroe: ‘No evidence to suggest that accused individual skipped town’

play-sharp-fill

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Minister of National Security Wayne Munroe has quashed that former Correctional Officer 21 Year-Old Shante Taylor skipped town once she was granted $20,000 emergency bail after being accused of Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Munroe explained that no evidence has been put forth to suggest that Taylor left the capital, and if there was, he asserted that The Royal Bahamas Police Force would have released a wanted poster due to her bail conditions being breached.

Taylor is accused of plotting with others to kill Elvardo Thompson. He was reportedly gunned down while in his Red Dodge Ram truck in Pinecrest Subdivision on July 20, 2024.
