Urban Renewal summer camp participants get educated on the topic of trafficking in children

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — First Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of National Security and Co-Chair of the Ministry of National Security’s Trafficking in Persons Inter-Ministry Committee, Susanne Knowles, was joined by Secretary of the Trafficking In Persons Secretariat Corrections, Corporal Keva Sherman in speaking to Bain and Grants Town Urban Renewal Summer Camp participants on the topic of trafficking in children at Woodcock Primary on Wednesday, July 16, 2019.  Their age-appropriate presentations dealt with topics such as getting in cars with strangers, signs that other children could be in danger, being careful with interactions online, and sharing personal information with strangers.
