NASSAU, BAHAMAS- The Ministry of Works (MOW) has rolled out its second round of demolition in a shanty town located near All Saints Way Monday morning.
The unregulated homes were reportedly illegally built on crown land, according to MOW officials.
Craig Delancy, MOW Building Contol Officer, confirmed that residents were served their demolition notices in October 2023.
