TRAFFIC FATALITY: Woman dies in early morning car crash

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A woman in her early twenties has become the country’s latest traffic fatality following an early morning fatal car crash on West Bay Street.

Officers of the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) Traffic Division told Eyewitness News that preliminary reports have suggested that speed was possibly a factor in this crash.

Traffic cops are encouraging the motoring public to be vigilant while driving and to adhere to the speed limit.

The country’s traffic fatality count currently stands at 36.
