The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas announces appointment of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group

NASSAU, BAHAMAS-The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas has appointed Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and Corcoran C.A. Christie as its exclusive marketing and sales partner, bringing one of the world’s leading luxury residential marketing firms onto the project at a critical stage of development.

The appointment comes as the development continues to gain momentum following its official groundbreaking in January 2025. The project is being developed by U.S.-based investment firm Access Real Estate in partnership with Two Roads Development and is anticipated to open in 2028. Corcoran C.A. Christie Bahamas will lead all on-the-ground sales efforts as the group’s Bahamian affiliate.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will oversee strategic positioning, global marketing, and sales for the branded residences, which aim to introduce The Ocean Club lifestyle at its most exclusive level. The residences are positioned to offer privacy, premium services and amenities, and a beachfront location along what is described as the best stretch of Bahamian beach.

Project developers say the addition of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group reflects both the pace of development and the strength of the project’s early performance.

Executives at Corcoran also pointed to the project’s positioning within the global luxury residential market.
