The New Duff shines at Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The New Duff, a proud 100 percent Bahamian-owned food and beverage company, made a remarkable impression at the recent Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival, showcasing the true flavors of the Bahamas and winning the hearts of local and visiting festival-goers. The highlight of the event was the Jerk Jam, hosted by Food Network stars Kardea Brown and JJ Johnson, where The New Duff stood out among competitors.

With their signature dishes and innovative flair, The New Duff ranked among the top 3 most voted-for booths at the Jerk Jam event, a testament to the quality and authenticity of their offerings. Festival attendees flocked to taste the vibrant, bold flavors that define Bahamian fusion cuisine, with many eager for seconds and thirds of the fried fish bao buns with spicy mango chimichurri sauce.
