NASSAU, BAHAMAS — A raw and emotional reaction from Commissioner of Police Clayton Fernander told the story tonight after the body of a young girl was discovered lifeless on Faith Avenue.
Police believe the body to be that of 12-year-old Adriel Moxey, who was first reported missing on Tuesday.
The victim’s body was found lying on her back, with only a top on and a piece of cloth tightly tied around her neck.
Fernander said that police will leave no stone unturned to bring the perpetrator to justice.
