NASSAU, BAHAMAS — The Bahamas Feeding Network has partnered with Royal Caribbean International to distribute 28,000 turkeys to families across the capital.
Chairman of the Bahamas Feeding Network, Felix Stubbs, stressed the importance of the initiative, revealing that statistics show that 1 in every 5 families are living beneath the poverty line. For him, this opportunity meant a lot to be able to assist some of such families.
Royal Caribbean International Bahamas President Philip Simon said that this is one of the important public programs of which the company is proud to be a part.
