NASSAU, BAHAMAS — A 45-year-old American man has been admitted to hospital after allegedly attempting to take his life.
According to police, the man’s wife discovered him on the floor of their hotel room on Sunday morning unresponsive, with a number of empty prescription medication bottles.
As a result, officers attached to the Paradise Island Police Station were contacted, along with Emergency Medical Technicians. Subsequently, the victim was examined and transported to Doctor’s Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
Investigations continue into this incident.
