NASSAU, BAHAMAS- Police are investigating two alleged armed robbery incidents that occurred in the capital.
On Sunday, March 16th, 2025, around 9:30 p.m., two unknown males on a scooter allegedly obstructed the path of a green 2017 Honda Accord. One suspect, reportedly armed with a firearm, forced the driver out of the vehicle before fleeing in it, with the second suspect following on the scooter. The investigation is ongoing.
On Monday, March 17th, 2025, just before 2:00 a.m., the victim was at a beach when two unknown males approached. One suspect reportedly brandished a firearm and robbed the victim of a blue 2017 Lexus LS250 (License Plate #AA0109). Both suspects then fled the scene in the stolen vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
