Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Peter Turnquest on Wednesday responded to Opposition Leader Philip Davis who called on the government to lay the cards on the table as it relates to the fall out of the Our Lucaya deal.

Davis, during a press conference Tuesday said the Progressive Liberal Party (PLP) left a good deal in place, which he insisted the present administration did not properly act on.

Turnquest, however, suggested that the deal the PLP left in place was a “give away”, as the government now intends to purchase the property in an attempt to salvage the hotel.
