As government looks to possibly declassify marijuana as a dangerous drug as has been suggested by the Caribbean Community’s (CARICOM) recent report on the herb, Health Minister Dr. Duane Sands said recently that his ministry is in the process of compiling a report on medical marijuana, which he said, will be present to Cabinet.
Dr. Sands stressed however, that the final decision will be up to the people.
