NASSAU, BAHAMAS—A local fintech solutions company has launched new web extensions that enable customers to access services directly through their web browser, providing a more convenient payment experience.
MobileAssist® has announced the launch of web extensions for TheBillPlace (Bill Pay), TicketBox (Event Ticketing), and DonationStation (Donations). These extensions give customers the flexibility to handle bill payments, purchase event tickets, or make charitable donations through web-based platforms, in addition to the MobileAssist app. Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing processes, the new web extensions adapt to clients’ specific needs and enhance convenience.
“This move reflects our dedication to making financial transactions more flexible and accessible,” said Dr. Donovan Moxey, CEO of MobileAssist®. “By offering both app-based and web-based solutions, we ensure our clients and their customers can choose the platform that best suits their lifestyle and business needs.”
MobileAssist recently secured the bid to manage event ticketing for the Eddie Minnis concert at Nassau Cruise Port, providing concertgoers with a seamless experience from ticket purchase to entry. App-based customers like the Bahamas China Friendship Association are transitioning to the new web platform for a more streamlined experience. Newly onboarded clients, such as Bahama Joy Ride & Snorkeling Adventures, can now accept payments from out-of-town patrons using all major credit and debit cards without requiring app downloads. Additionally, the Bahamas Basketball Federation has launched a fundraising campaign using DonationStation to support its Junior and Senior National Teams.
