FREEPORT, BAHAMAS – Police on Grand Bahama are probing a stabbing that left a man hospitalized early Sunday morning.
Authorities say the victim was on Sunrise Highway around 3 a.m. when he greeted a female acquaintance. Moments later, he was confronted by a man believed to be her boyfriend, who allegedly stabbed him in the back and chest after a verbal exchange.
The suspect is described as a slim, dark male with dreadlocks.
The victim was rushed to Rand Memorial Hospital — his condition remains unknown. Investigations continue.
