A 38-year-old man was brought before the courts on Wednesday on murder charges.
It is alleged that Dino Pinto stabbed and killed Jeremy Petti-Fere back on September 8 at a bar on Tonique Williams Darling Highway.
The accused was not required to enter a plea as Magistrates Court has no authority to deliver a verdict.
Pinto opted to apply for Voluntary Bill of Indictment.
His matter was adjourned until October 25 at 10:00 am.
