NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Dwight Johnson, 26, of Mason’s Addition was arraigned before magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt, accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl.
According to court dockets, Johnson, on Wednesday, January 23, had unlawful sexual intercourse with the minor.
He was denied bail and was remanded to The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until March 28 for trial.
