NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Jack’s Bay, the 1,200-acre private club and residential community on the southern end of Eleuthera, has appointed Richard Howard, CCM, as General Manager. Howard will oversee operations as the project prepares for its Phase I opening in fall 2025.
Howard, a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 25 years in private club and golf course management, takes on responsibility for shaping the strategic vision of the development as it enters a pivotal growth stage. His portfolio at Jack’s Bay includes residential offerings such as the Atlantic Club Cottages and Playground Residences, the Tiger Woods TGR Design “Playground Course” and Jack Nicklaus Heritage™ Course, spa and fitness facilities, racquet sports, the Atlantic Clubhouse, multiple dining concepts, and an extensive range of land and ocean adventures.

Howard previously served as COO/GM of Waialae Country Club in Honolulu, one of Hawaii’s most exclusive private clubs and home to the PGA TOUR’s Sony Open. Known for a collaborative leadership style and emphasis on innovation, he has built a career on aligning guest services with long-term strategic plans.
Jack’s Bay combines five-star amenities with some of the Bahamas’ most striking natural assets: four miles of pink sand beaches, hidden caves, blue holes, coral reefs, a sea turtle sanctuary, a private meditation lake, and two private islands. The 2025 residential collection will feature fully furnished Atlantic Club Cottages ranging from four to six bedrooms, along with two-, three-, and four-bedroom Playground Residences. Future phases will add beachfront homes and expanded amenities, including a members-only dock and waterfront dining.
