NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Global hospitality leader Hilton has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with B.P.G. Ltd. for the new-build Paradise Breeze Nassau.
Expected to open in 2028, the property will join Curio Collection by Hilton, a global portfolio of nearly 200 distinct, hand-picked hotels and resorts. The signing marks the debut of the Curio Collection brand in The Bahamas and Hilton’s return to the market, a significant milestone in the company’s regional growth strategy.
“Hilton remains committed to strategic growth across the Caribbean, where we have a robust pipeline of new hotels and resorts and plans to double our footprint in the coming years,” said Pablo Maturana, vice president of development, architecture, construction and design for the Caribbean and Latin America at Hilton. “This project exemplifies how we are expanding our presence by partnering with strong owners to deliver distinctive hotels in high-demand destinations.”
Daniel Mosca, founder and CEO of B.P.G. Ltd., said the development is designed to offer a unique Nassau experience.
“We envisioned Paradise Breeze as more than a destination — it’s a way of experiencing Nassau that feels both elevated and deeply connected to its surroundings,” Mosca said. “Partnering with Hilton allows us to bring this vision to life through a thoughtful, design-driven hospitality experience rooted in a genuine sense of place.”
The 11-story Paradise Breeze Nassau, Curio Collection by Hilton, will feature 125 accommodations with views of the island’s shoreline. Located on West Bay Street, approximately three miles from the airport and five miles from key attractions, the property will offer convenient access to shopping, dining and cultural experiences.
The mixed-use development will combine hotel and residential offerings, delivering a blend of comfort and Hilton’s signature service. Amenities will include nearly 15,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities, padel and squash courts, and a 5,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean. The resort will also feature more than 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.
“Marking Curio Collection’s debut in The Bahamas, Paradise Breeze Nassau represents a meaningful milestone for the brand,” said Brooke Thomas, global brand leader for Curio Collection by Hilton. “From sweeping ocean views to distinctive design and elevated amenities, the hotel will deliver the one-of-a-kind experiences our collection is known for.”
Guests will have access to three dining venues, including an all-day restaurant overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea, a rooftop specialty restaurant with panoramic ocean views, and a pool bar offering light fare and handcrafted cocktails. Additional offerings will include an artisanal bakery, curated market and coffee bar.
The property will participate in Hilton Honors, the company’s guest loyalty program.
Hilton currently operates more than 300 hotels across the Caribbean and Latin America, with an additional 150 properties in development.
