NASSAU, BAHAMAS — FOAM founder Khandi Gibson urged employers this week not to discriminate against individuals that apply for jobs but have been arrested.
In a recent interview with Eyewitness News she suggested that these individuals are trying to do better for themselves and their families and deserve a second chance.
