NASSAU, BAHAMAS — A 49-year-old male and a 19-year-old female are in police custody following the seizure of an unlicensed firearm on Winnifred Avenue, off Frank Edgecombe Road.
According to reports, around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, officers from the Criminal Investigation Department, acting on information, arrived at a residence on Winnifred Avenue, searched a vehicle, and discovered a firearm containing ammunition, leading to the subsequent arrest of the adult male and female.
