NASSAU, BAHAMAS- With a focus on emerging opportunities for investment and development across the Caribbean, The Agency hosted its annual Exploring the Caribbean Conference on December 3 in Miami, Florida, under the theme “Gateway to Growth: Investing in the Future of the Caribbean” The highly anticipated event brought together more than 100 leading industry voices, developers, investors, and visionaries for an exclusive gathering centered on the future of
Caribbean growth, collaboration, and long-term investment. The conference – held in partnership with leading industry brands including Goldwynn Resort & Residences, Lacovia, Acqualina, Navah, and Wymara – featured in-depth discussions on real estate, tourism, finance, digitization, and sustainability in The Bahamas. The conference showcased The Bahamas as a key gateway for investors interested in luxury development and seeking stability, opportunity, and global connectivity.
Danny Lowe, Founder and Managing Partner of The Agency Bahamas underscored that interest in Caribbean real estate has never been higher.

Highlighting the country’s investment framework, Phylicia Woods-Hanna, Director of Investments, outlined how investors can effectively navigate opportunities in The Bahamas.

The conference also featured key regional and international experts, including Hon. E. Jay Saunders, Turks & Caicos Islands Minister for Innovation and Technology and Founder of Digital TCI; Hon. Zhavargo Jolly, Turks & Caicos Minister for Tourism; Mauricio Umansky, Founder and CEO of The Agency; and Sean O’Neil, Managing Partner of The Agency Turks & Caicos and The Agency Jamaica, alongside regional stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
