NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man believed to be in his early 20s became the country’s second murder victim on Thursday night, following a deadly shooting incident in southern New Providence.
Eyewitness News Online understands that the victim is Noel Russell.
According to police reports, the shooting incident happened shortly after 11:00 p.m. on Willow Tree Avenue in Pinewood Gardens.
Upon arrival on the scene, officers discovered a man with multiple gunshot wounds about the body.
Paramedics were called to the scene, however their attempts to revive the victim were unsuccessful.
Police have arrested a 29-year-old male of Kennedy Subdivision in connection with this murder.
