Despite comments to the contrary by law enforcement, President of the Bahamas Christian Council (BCC) Bishop Delton Fernander has insisted that The Bahamas is not safe.
Fernander suggested that in order to reduce crime and criminality, implementing a gun amnesty programme and, hanging repeat violent offenders, may be the best course of action.
