Carnivale Bahamas to ring in the new year with a night of festivities

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — As 2025 approaches, Carnivale Bahamas will be the scene of a festive New Year’s Eve gathering, where guests will eat, drink and dance the night — and year — away.

The dinner menu represents a food tour of Latin America — from Cuba and Mexico to Peru and Brazil — combined with Bahamian components, in keeping with Carnivale Bahamas’ theme.

“We want our guests to be immersed in a vibrant evening of the best in food and entertainment,” said Carnivale co-owner Bill Marovitz.

“As always, our goal is to bring together the best of Latin America and the best of The Bahamas, to create a unique world-class experience.”

After dinner, the open bar, large dance floor and midnight Junkanoo rushout will carry revelers into the new year.

For those interested in spending the entire evening with Carnivale, the price per person is $400.

Guests can also opt to attend the dinner only, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., for $275 per person, or just the party, which begins at 9:30 p.m., for $200 per person. All prices include service fees and VAT.

Paradise Island’s newest restaurant, Carnivale Bahamas opened its doors earlier this month in the redeveloped Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina under the motto: “live a colorful life.”

Co-owner Jerry Cataldo said that motto will be on display next week for everyone to enjoy.

“When you combine Latin American and Bahamian culture in one place, we know the result will be nonstop fun and excitement,” he said.

“We’re looking forward to celebrating the end of a good year and the start of a new one with everyone who joins us  on New Year’s Eve.”
