BREAKING: Both Valley Boys factions to receive seed funding

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Both factions of the Valley Boys will receive seed funding from the government ahead of this year’s Junkanoo parades.

This decision comes after weeks of escalating public tensions between dueling factions within one of the country’s oldest and most popular Junkanoo groups. It was announced through a statement released by Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture Mario Bowleg.

Representatives from the groups “The Valley Boys – The Way Forward” and “The World-Famous Valley Boys” met with government representatives last Sunday to determine who would receive the funds. However, the meeting ended without a final decision.

Both groups claim they are the true Valley Boys.
