NASSAU, BAHAMAS — A 16-year-old boy who was a passenger onboard a cruise sustained serious injuries after during a reported suicide attempt over the weekend.
According to police, the incident occurred around 12:45 pm on Saturday, November 25. Initial reports indicate that the 16-year-old victim suffered serious injuries after intentionally jumping three floors down from the ship’s balcony. He reportedly sustained injuries to his head and has been airlifted to the United States of America to seek additional medical attention. At the time of the victim’s departure, his condition was listed as serious. Police are conducting ongoing investigations into this matter.
