The Shake Off The Pounds fitness campaign is a part of AML Foods Limited’s goal of engaging store patrons in interactive events to support healthier lifestyles.

“Improving food choices and increasing fitness levels are vital components to overall wellness and so we’re excited to offer a fun, easy way for our customers to get moving.  This is the second year that we are hosting the fitness sessions,” said Melissa Major, Health Coach at AML.

“For each session, we’re encouraging Solomon’s Yamacraw shoppers to get an early start on their day with a morning workout. After each session, we will also be sampling healthy food options available in store.”

Registration is now open for the Shake Off The Pounds workout challenge. Interested persons are asked to fill out entry forms at the customer service desk at Solomon’s Yamacraw before Saturday, April 6. Participants will be weighed in at each session to track progress over the three-month period and the sessions are open to all fitness levels.
