NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A number of South Andros residents took to the streets of the island today to protest what they deem “unacceptable conditions,” following a weekend without electricity, phone and internet services.
The residents said that the inconsistent supply of utilities, coupled with poor roads on the island, is impacting their quality of life.
The upset Androsians are calling on government to bring immediate relief to issues what they allege have been an annoyance on the island for years.
