Police offer tips and warnings ahead of Halloween trick or treating

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — As children prepare to take to the streets this evening for trick-or-treat festivities, Chief Superintendent of Police Chrislyn Skippings provided a number of tips for parents and guardians to adhere to ahead of tonight.

She also issued a stern warning to those who may want to engage in illegal activities.
