NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police on the island of New Providence are investigating an armed robbery which occurred on Monday, May 27, 2019.
According to police reports, shortly after 11:00a.m. on Monday, a woman was standing in front of a business establishment on Mackey Street near to Shirley Street, when she was approached by an armed man who emerged from a white Honda Odyssey vehicle and robbed her of cash, before getting back into the vehicle and making good his escape.
Investigations are ongoing.
