NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police in New Providence are investigating an armed robbery and sexual assault which occurred on Saturday.
According to police reports, shortly after 2:00 p.m., an armed man entered a home in the Eastern district of New Providence and held a female at bay.
The armed man robbed the woman of cash then sexually assaulted her before fleeing the home.
Police said investigations into this matter will continue.
