NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are investigating the circumstances of an attempted suicide involving a 24-year-old female who attempted to jump from the Sir Sidney Poitier Bridge around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday September 14, 2024.
She was transported to the hospital by ambulance for further medical attention and evaluation, according authorities said.
Investigations are ongoing.
