NASSAU, BAHAMAS — The second largest cruise ship in the world, Utopia of The Seas by Royal Caribbean International, docked at the Nassau Cruise Port this afternoon for the first time.
The ship features 18 total decks and has a guest capacity of over 5,000 cruise passengers. Utopia will visit The Bahamas twice a week, once at the Nassau Cruise Port and another at Coco Cay.
General Manager of Royal Caribbean International Bahamas Philip Simon explained that the ship is estimated to bring over 800,000 cruise passenger to The Bahamas in one year.
This year marks over 50 years of partnership between RCI and The Bahamas.
