NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Heavy equipment operator Norencon Palacious revealed that some residents in the Lighthouse Road area in Inagua have been stuck in their homes for days following Category One Hurricane Oscar.
Palacious and his team have set up a 6-inch pipe to help drain water from homes and streets severely affected by flooding.
Some residents on the island have reportedly been trapped in their homes since Sunday.
