Three men arrested in Abaco for drugs

Three men found themselves on the wrong side of the law when police officers in Abaco allegedly discovered drugs and cash in their possession.  Reports are that on Monday 27th August 2018, shortly after 5:00 p.m., officers of the Abaco District acting on information, proceeded to the area of Forest Drive, Murphy Town, Abaco, where they searched a caravan vehicle with no license plate attached.

Officers say they discovered two packages of suspected marijuana and a quantity of cash. The men were arrested and taken into police custody.

Police also report that on Monday 27th August 2018, officers of Rapid Response Unit acting on information and armed with a search warrant, proceeded to a residence on Bruce Avenue shortly before 9:00 p.m. where they discovered three .45 rounds of ammunition.  Two males were arrested and taken into police custody.
