NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are investigating a causing grievous harm incident which left a female hospitalized.
According to police reports, the incident happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Friday when a woman was standing on a bus stop on John F. Kennedy Drive.
The woman was approached by a man known to her, who threw a liquid substance on her, causing injuries.
The woman was transported to the hospital where she was treated and later discharged.
A 41-year-old male of Tall Pines is in custody and is assisting police with this incident.
Investigations are ongoing.
