While most public school campuses were up and running Monday, two schools were still construction zones.
A.F. Adderley Junior High and Eva Hilton Primary Schools are still under construction with students being greeted yesterday with tarp, construction workers and dust.
The school was in such a state that teachers at A.F. Adderley decided to sit out the day.
Meanwhile, Education Minister Jeff Lloyd toured several schools in the capital encouraging students to take advantage of the opportunities provided to them. He spoke to media outside C.V. Bethel about the government’s plans to change the outdated curriculum.
