Protests continue at Carlton E Francis

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Industrial unrest continues at Carlton E Francis Primary School as teachers protest sitting principal Oliva Daxon.

A group of educators sang hymns as they demonstrated outside the school’s gates Thursday morning.

According to the Bahamas Union of Teachers, there is a divide between staff members due to what teachers claim has been “unfair” treatment by Daxon.
