NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police on the island of New Providence are seeking the public’s assistance in apprehending three male suspects responsible for several armed robbery incidents.
In the first incident, shortly before 11:00p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, a male was standing on Claridge Road when he was approached by a man armed with a firearm who robbed him of a cellphone, before fleeing in an unknown direction.
In the second incident, shortly after 11:00p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, a male was standing near his vehicle on United Christian Way in Flamingo Gardens when he was approached by an armed man who robbed him of a Blue 2008 Honda Civic LP# AE5132.
In the third Incident, shortly after 2:00a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019, a lone male armed with a firearm entered a business establishment on Nassau Street and robbed the cashier before making good his escape.
Police are appealing to members of the public, who may have information that can assist with these investigations, to contact the Central Detective Unit at 502-9991/2, Crime stoppers at 328-TIPS (8477) or the nearest police station.
