PM defends signing of heads of agreements ahead of bye-election

NASSAU, BAHAMAS- Prime Minister Philip Davis is defending the government’s signing of a number of heads of agreement days before the West Grand Bahama and Bimini bye-election, amid criticisms that the contract signing is simply an election ploy. Davis asserts that discussions have been underway long before contracts were signed.
