NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police Commissioner Anthony Ferguson (RBPF) announced on Thursday that Paul Rolle, a veteran senior police officer, has been promoted to Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police, effective April 1, 2019.
The promotion was made in accordance with the provision of Article 119 (1) of the Constitution and came on the recommendation of the prime minister after consultation with the leader of the Opposition and the Governor General.
Rolle previously held the post of Assistant Commissioner.
