The Pointe celebrated the topping off of its high-rise condominium – One Particular Harbor – Thursday evening with an official tour of the eight-story complex led by executives of The Pointe development and government officials.
Construction on the multi-level condominium complex began 18 months ago and as developers have finally reached the topping off phase, they confirmed Thursday evening that the 126-room condominium will officially open its doors in 2020.
The complex boasts of an infinity pool, a marina, a yacht club and a number of water amenities.
The eccentric name, One Particular Harbor, was inspired by well-known international musical artist Jimmy Buffets whose styled is described as “beachy luxe.”
The topping off ceremony also provided the condominium’s sales team with the green light to begin selling the island’s newest high-rise complex on the real estate market.
The ceremony was immediately followed by the grand opening of The Pointe’s entertainment centre which features a new spot known as “Seven.”
The gaming space boasts of pool tables, bowling lanes, a theatre, meeting rooms, a virtual game room, a luxe bar replete with a DJ and other amenities.
