NASSAU, BAHAMAS — A male in his early to mid twenties was found shot to death on private property near the South Beach Canals.
Police believe the incident occurred in the bushy area near the back of the south beach pools.
Initial reports confirm that around 2:30 p.m., an unresponsive male was found on an unnamed dirt road east of Holiday Drive that leads to the South Beach canals. The male victim, who sustained multiple gunshot injuries to his upper torso, was last seen walking with another male shortly before gunshots were heard.
EMS personnel arrived at the scene and examined the victim, but they were unable to detect any vital signs of life.
The deceased is of a medium brown complexion and has a black low-cut hairstyle. He was wearing a white undershirt, dark-colored long jeans trousers, and black and white tennis shoes.
