LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Minister of Foreign Affairs Fred Mitchell joined scores of representatives from various Commonwealth nations in the United Kingdom Monday to commemorate Commonwealth Day 2024.
Minister Mitchell and Bahamas High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, His Excellency Paul Andy Gomez attended today’s Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey.
H.E. Gomez also laid a wreath, at Memorial Gates on Monday, on behalf of the Government and People of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas at the Commonwealth Day Ceremony.
